The Inner Critic
Patty calls it the Itty Bitty Shitty Committee.
That committee can sound like pressure, judgment, urgency, fear, comparison, or “not enough.” It may tell you to work harder, stay quiet, keep everyone happy, or avoid the thing you actually need to face.
The goal is not to hate that voice. The goal is to recognize when it is no longer helping you.

Is this therapy?
